Radnor Hall is the first of a two phase development of student residences, located in the centre of the residential quarter of the Plymouth University Campus.  It was the first public private partnership for student accommodation in the UK.

There are 406 rooms arranged in cluster flats around small external amphitheater space for the students. It included a mail room, surf board stores and bicycle storage.
