Everyone arrived feeling relaxed, optimistic, and excited; however, the atmosphere quickly became competitive, with all team members scoring spares and strikes.

This fun-filled event provided a wonderful opportunity for our team to come together, fostering camaraderie and collaboration outside of our usual work environment.

When the final bowls were thrown, there were some standout performances and high scores from Simon Baker, Steve Draper, and Tim Abram—well done to all!

We also want to give a special mention to Artemis Murrell, who attended another Willmore Iles Architects social event. Although she is not yet one year old and cannot bowl, she made up for it with her big smiles and enthusiastic waving as everyone celebrated.

As a 100% Employee Owned Trust (EOT), we prioritise creating social opportunities for our team to connect, unwind, and learn new skills, all while enjoying each other’s company. It was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience that strengthened our team spirit and showcased the benefits of being part of the Willmore Iles family.
