With an exciting pipeline of projects and a thriving studio, we are thrilled to be growing our team, this month we welcomed two Part 1 Architectural Assistants, Megan Lewis and Nickson Amadeo. Here’s a little about them in their own words.

Megan Lewis

Part I Architectural Assistant

Megan joined us in March 2026 after completing her undergraduate degree in Architecture at UWE Bristol. Her passion for design began with a love of product design at school, which naturally led her towards architecture. She brings with her hands-on practice experience and a strong interest in affordable and sustainable residential design — believing that great architecture should be accessible to everyone, whether through thoughtful new-build solutions or the sensitive adaptation of existing buildings.

Outside the studio, Megan enjoys exploring Bristol on foot, spending time with family and friends, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Nickson Amadeo

Part I Architectural Assistant

Nickson joined us in 2026 after graduating in Architecture from UWE Bristol. With a background that also spans Environmental Art and Design, and inspired by a formative visit to Hong Kong, he brings a thoughtful, context-driven approach to design — always beginning with people and place before working down to the finer architectural details. He is particularly interested in human-centred design and the role architecture plays in shaping meaningful everyday experiences.

Outside the studio, Nickson enjoys cooking, latte art, and staying active — whether at the gym or exploring new cityscapes.

We’re delighted to have Megan and Nickson on board and look forward to seeing them grow with the practice.
