We are delighted to announce we have received planning consent for a refurbishment and conversion of no 51 New North Road, Exeter. Purpose built in the 1980s as offices, Beaufort House seeks to convert from office use to student accommodation, by incorporating a rooftop extension, alterations to the external appearance of the building façade, and associated infrastructure including cycle storage and refuse storage.

The ground and upper floors will be reconfigured internally to create 107 new student bedrooms, configured in 21 self-contained student apartments and 2 studios.

The design team are now commencing work on the tender documentation for a start on site later in the year.
