Last month, founding directors Paula Willmore and Andrew Iles retired after 25 years, paving the way for Rachael Liddle-Browne and Tim Abram to step into their new roles alongside current director Steve Draper. Rachael and Tim have demonstrated their commitment to developing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities for the benefit of the company. Their hard work and dedication will continue to be invaluable as they become more involved in the strategic management of the practice and its future direction.

In their new roles, they will continue to work closely with our clients, providing exemplary service and creating outstanding designs that prioritise both commercial viability and community development.

Rachael Liddle-Browne

Rachael has led the practice in designing and delivering award-winning projects in the leisure and residential sectors. She has built a strong team that collaborates with key clients, specialising in the design and execution of large-scale sustainable holiday home communities, master planning, bespoke housing, and leisure facilities.

Rachael will also play a strategic role in developing staff at both the company-wide and individual levels throughout all stages of the practice.

Tim Abram

Tim specialises in delivering large, complex on-campus student residential schemes. He has been instrumental in the design and execution of multiple projects at the University of Exeter, as well as the award-winning scheme at Mount Oswald for Durham University.

Tim leads the practice in developing design strategies that help clients create low-carbon estates across university campuses, both in new constructions and retrofitting projects. He is also a Certified Passivhaus Designer.

We hope you will join us in congratulating them and wishing them well in their new positions.
