About You

You will have the opportunity to lead a small team and deliver on projects with large stakeholder clients, coordinating design teams and supporting the design and coordination process. The projects will entail liaising with clients, consultants, planners and the construction team so you should be professional, friendly, flexible and a good team-worker. As an experienced Architect or technician you will also be part of the team responsible for managing briefs, programmes and packages reporting back to the Project Architect.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent design skills with the ability to work through technical issues across all RIBA work stages and have a good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience of writing NBS specifications. A working knowledge of BIM, specifically to Level 2, will be required. We would also welcome applicants with specific interests or experience in low carbon design and whole life carbon analysis.

Applicants must also be able to demonstrate experience of Revit and AutoCAD. Good graphic presentation skills including knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch-Up and Enscape would be preferable. A knowledge of Navisworks and/or Solibri would also be useful.

The right applicant will be organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated as well as a team player with an adaptable nature, with good written and verbal skills as well as fluency in speaking and writing English.
