WIA have recently submitted a planning application for a private dwelling house in Lyme Regis.

The proposal is contemporary in architectural style and detailing.  The new dwelling makes best use of the plot and maximising the surrounding views, while harmonising and blending well with the immediate surroundings.  White render, timber cladding and stone make up the main external materials of the dwelling and complement the local Parish character.
