We have an amazing opportunity for an office administrator to join the Willmore Iles Architects Practice. Offering a warm and friendly environment, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an adaptable nature and flexible approach to undertake a wide variety of duties. Minimum 1 year work experience in an office preferred. This position is full-time based from our Bristol office.

Job Description

This role is to assist the Practice Manager in facilitating the efficient functioning of the office through the range of administrative, clerical, financial and managerial tasks detailed below: –

  • Admin support for all teams within the business
  • Data input into central project management system
  • Telephone duties
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Greeting guests and organising drinks for office meetings.
  • Various general admin duties

Skills required

  • 1-year work experience within an office environment
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to answer the phone and interact with clients.
  • Ability to work using own initiative
  • Good IT skills
  • Must be a good team player
  • Reliable and motivated
