Its been a busy year at WIA, and the team got to celebrate their achievements this week during the summer social trip to Paris. It was packed full of fun activities, laughs and good food and wine!

The trip began with an early start on the Eurostar, arriving in central Paris for lunch and the start of an architectural tour. Some members of the team visited the Basilica of Sacré Coeur de Montmartre, some went to Centre Pompidou (Norman Foster exhibition) and others went to the Eiffel Tower to recreate photos of their childhood.

The team came together for dinner in the Le Marais district for a well-deserved and delicious meal. The tapas was superb, the wine was flowing, and in typical WIA fashion, the evening concluded at a roof top bar, what a day!

The morning after the night before, the team split up to cover as much of Paris as possible, with groups visiting, Notre-Dame, Parc Andre-Citroen, Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain, Musee Picasso-Paris, Sainte-Chapelle, Louvre, Samaritaine, and a couple went for a dip at Piscine Molitor to cool off…

A fantastic trip with the team, and a real opportunity to celebrate the success of the practice over the past 12 months. WIA would like to thank every member of staff for all of their hard work and dedication throughout the year and making the practice a great place to work.
