In 2002 Willmore Iles purchased a listed terrace building in Hotwells, Bristol. WIA refurbished the existing fabric of the building and built a new office extension over two storeys, facing an enclosed walled garden. Over the years the building has included student accommodation, a post office and our office. It has flexed with our growth and is now wholly occupied by Willmore Iles Architects.
