This project brings the properties back into active use for the client.  The design applies a light touch approach to the existing building fabric, creating a mix of student accommodation within the existing building. We provided a total of 30 new bedrooms, with a mix of cluster flats and studios.

We extensively modelled it in 3D to maximise the use of space and to create rooms of character. The scheme targeted the top end of the student market.
