I joined Willmore Iles architects in 2026 as a Project architect. Working currently within the leisure and student residential teams.

Background:

I began my career in London, working mainly within the commercial sector, before relocating to Bristol in 2020 to join a smaller architecture and design studio specialising in rural domestic architecture, and later joining Willmore Iles Architects.

Over my time in practice, I have worked at scales ranging from tower projects in the Middle East to modest house extensions, and in environments from large office teams to leading domestic projects independently.

Professional interests:

My interests in architecture continue to evolve. I am interested in the psychology of design and how spaces can shape human behaviour.

At a technical level, I am drawn to the tectonics of architecture and how our material choices impact the way buildings are designed, detailed and assembled.

More recently, my curiosity has extended to technology and AI’s impact on both the design and construction industries.

And in the rest of life …

Outside of architecture, I am a keen sportsman, a competing Ironman triathlete, currently on a brief hiatus for arguably the most demanding endurance event of all…parenthood. I also enjoy surfing, windsurfing, skiing, and climbing.
