I joined Willmore Iles Architects in May 2026 after completing my master’s degree (MSc in Computational Architecture) from UWE, Bristol and completing my undergraduate course in Architecture in Iran. I’m now delighted to be joining Willmore Iles and excited to begin this next chapter with the team.
Growing up in Iran, my interest in architecture began at an early age through my father’s work in construction, which sparked my curiosity about buildings and the built environment. This led me to study Architecture, After graduating, I worked on a mix of residential, commercial, and renovation projects, gaining practical experience in design and project development. I also worked as a Teaching Assistant at university, supporting students with design and digital modelling. In 2023, I moved to the UK to complete an MSc in Computational Architecture at UWE Bristol. There, I explored parametric design, environmental analysis and optimisation tools, which expanded the way I approach design challenges. I am now delighted to be joining Willmore Iles and excited to begin this next chapter with the team.
I am particularly passionate about residential architecture, as I believe thoughtful design can have a meaningful impact on people’s everyday lives. Creating homes that feel comfortable, uplifting and well connected to light and space is something I find especially rewarding. Even small design decisions can shape how people live, and sometimes a simple element, such as a well-placed window, can transform the atmosphere of a home. I also have a strong interest in detailing and construction, and I enjoy understanding how ideas are translated from concept into buildable solutions. Alongside this, I am interested in sustainable design and optimisation, exploring how careful planning, material choices and digital tools can improve performance, efficiency and long-term value. I value the opportunity to create designs that are both creative and practical, with careful attention to how they are made and experienced.
I really enjoy new experiences and discovering new places. I’m equally inspired by being in nature and by exploring historic buildings and cities. I also enjoy photography, especially capturing nature, architecture and everyday moments. In my free time, I like painting, working with clay and creating new ceramic pieces, making candles, and exploring different creative hobbies. I also enjoy travelling, visiting exhibitions and spending time outdoors. I try to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle… although I have to admit that ice cream and good food often win. Eating always makes me happy.
