We are delighted to share a major milestone for our West Park Student Accommodation project at Exeter University. After more than a year of careful review by the Building Safety Regulator, Blocks AD, EF, JK and LP have now all achieved Gateway 2 approval.

This is a significant achievement and stands as a testament to the hard work, expertise and determination of everyone involved in navigating the new building safety regime and meeting its rigorous requirements. Securing approval at this level is no small feat and reinforces our team’s unwavering focus on safety, compliance and quality at every stage of the project.

We’re incredibly proud of the collaboration across the team and grateful to our partners for their continued support throughout the process.

With Bouygues UK making excellent progress on site, this is a fantastic step forward towards delivering one of the largest Passive House student accommodation schemes in the UK so far.
