We’re delighted to share some fantastic news: Willmore Iles Architects has been shortlisted as a finalist for Student Accommodation Architectural Practice of the Year at the Property Week Student Accommodation Conference & Awards 2026.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 1 December 2026 at the Westminster Park Plaza Hotel, London.

This is a fantastic achievement, particularly given the exceptionally high standard and volume of entries received this year.

Our project Robeson House has also been shortlisted in three further categories

Alongside our practice-wide nomination, our work on Robeson House, delivered for the London School of Economics and Political Science, has also helped secure finalist places in three additional categories:

• Affordable Accommodation of the Year
• Halls of Residence Award
• Interior Design of the Year

That brings our total to four finalist nominations across this year’s awards.

Huge congratulations to all of this year’s finalists, and thank you to the judging panel for recognising the team’s work across these categories. We’ll be cheering the results on at the ceremony on 1 December — watch this space!
